Sphere was started in 2002 by Gina Hayden in an urge to lean forward into the life she wanted to create. Without knowing it at the time, Gina was practising the principles of living consciously and intentionally: being clear about what you want to create, setting the dream, and then designing and taking the first steps forward into that future.

The rest is taken care of, and happens as a result of, life itself. Since then Sphere has grown into a people development consultancy operating in various countries and continents all over the world: the United Kingdom and Europe, the Middle East, AsiaPacific, and Africa. We are a networked organisation, operating as a collective of facilitators, coaches and development consultants joined together by a belief in the importance of relationships in the business world, bounded by trust with one another and our clients, and a deeply-felt passion and dedication to human evolution.

In our midst we have professionally certified coaches with the ICF (International Coach Federation), highly skilled facilitators, diversity and dialogue specialists, experiential learning experts, people to challenge and support you in your personal journey and in the success of your organisation.
