Sphere Philosophy

So much of our organisational life is spent doing, acting, competing, performing and winning…comparatively little time is spent stepping back, reflecting, regrouping and developing so as to make ourselves more proficient and resourceful as we go about our working lives.

Sphere symbolises embracing the whole person, both those sides of ourselves which are honed and alert to outward-facing demands, and those parts which are kept separate from our working lives or are as yet undiscovered. Sphere is concerned with developing clarity and insight into the whole of ourselves, our values, aspirations and what truly motivates us, and our potential, so that we can live and work authentically in our careers, our teams and as organisations.
