At the organisational level

Sphere prefers to work in an emergent way with organisations, by engaging in a conversation up front with key stakeholders around what the organisation would like to achieve. We change and evolve our interventions by continually reviewing and reflecting with the client on the impact of the work we do. We are keen advocates of working with the organisation, not doing things to it, and therefore we don't work in a transactional way but rather believe in building long-term relationships with our clients.

   
Change doesn’t happen from a leader announcing the plan. Change begins from deep inside a system, when a few people notice something or respond to a dream of what’s possible. We don’t have to start with power, only with passion.
