Sphere’s approach rests on the philosophy that conversations can bring about change – in fact, we believe that conversation is often the change itself. Changing the way people have conversations about the things that are important to them creates a collaborative way forward and produces richer outcomes. We are interested in developing the skills for high quality conversations that bring about change – for the individual, for teams, between colleagues and within organisations.

	While many fear ‘real’ conversations, it is the unreal conversation that should scare us. Unreal conversations are expensive, for the individual and the organisation. When the conversation is real, the change occurs before the conversation is over.
