About Sphere

Sphere was founded is September 2002 by Gina Hayden. Gina has worked in personal and organisation development for the past fourteen years. Her consulting career has spanned managing a career development centre in Cape Town, South Africa, a role as internal change consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers in London, facilitation and organisational change in Poland, Russia, Hungary and Turkey, and consulting to a wide variety of clients and industries within the United Kingdom as director of Sphere Consulting. Gina has a Masters degree in Psychology and is experienced in using psychometric profiles (e.g. Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Firo-B, OPQ) in her work with individuals and teams. Her role as a facilitator for learning, development and change has gained her a wide range of experience in:
